Project Description :
In planning, the design process motif was inspired by the form of waterfront house on the Nhue River near the site. It was developed to maximize views of the river by Urban Void that separated two masses. Furthermore, the Ecological plan proposed to ensure Sustainability by the green terrace, louver and natural ventilation system.
