The site locates ideal position to become a landmark of Da Nang which can provide great vista toward beautiful Han River and view from the behind city side. and the site looks like
floating between two great nature sides, blue sky and blue sea.
It is the dominant image of the site, we thought, to provide certain spaces can maximize inherent advantages; great vista and view of the site is the key design goal of the building.
