Project Description :
In planning, it was made to ensure the privacy of living space by separating the flow of human traffic of each space in residential / office / commercial facilities and the reflection on elevation by the extracted line from the motif of the floor plan on a Vietnamese unique long narrow flat made the unified plan between of floor plan and elevation.
Petrowaco Tower project was a starting point of Vietnamese complex residential building design, it was evaluated to suggest a prototype of Vietnamese residential design.
